Walk in Good Works
Step 7 is the culmination of everything you’ve learned through the action plan in You Are Created for Good works. You’ll be selecting from your available options and making the “not it” or “got it!” decisions. At Crossroads Career, we trust that if you are walking in the good works God prepared for you, you will get the right job.

Step 7 Selecting teaches several concepts, including how to:
- Review the seven steps leading to an offer
- Plan how to make an offer
- Understand salary, wages, and benefits
- Evaluate people, job, and organization
- Pray, discern, decide wisely
- Praise God whether it is “not it” or “got it”
- Show thanks to everyone who helped you
- Help others by sharing the help you have received
