Crossroads Career Privacy Statement Crossroads Career Services LLC (CR) provides mobile applications (“Service”) to (“Customer”) of CR for use by their (“Client”) CR to provide tools to Clients who have installed the CR mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how information about the client is collected, used and disclosed by CR and its subsidiaries and affiliated companies (“CR,” “we” or “us”). CR is based in the United States and the information we collect about Clients is governed by U.S. law. By registering for a Client account or otherwise providing information to us, Clients consent to the transfer and processing of information to and in the U.S. and other countries. Choice and Access Rights for Client Information Account Information You may update or deactivate your Client account information by logging into your online account. Please note, if you deactivate your account, we may retain your data and certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. We may also share aggregated or de-identified information about Clients, which cannot reasonably be used to identify an individual Client. Security of Client Information CR takes reasonable measures to help protect information about Clients from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. Our software is a Software as Service (SASS) and is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and no client data is stored on any mobile devices, desktops, laptops or servers. We follow all applicable HIPPA compliance rules and at no time is any client data shared with anyone without the patients written consent pursuant to 42 U.S.C. 290dd-2(g), the regulations in this part impose restrictions upon the disclosure and use of substance use disorder patient records which are maintained in connection with the performance of any part program.
