What is the Crash Course? This class will help you if you are unemployed, anticipating a career transition or unfulfilled in your present job. Using the workbook, You Are Created for Good Works we guide you through each of the 7 career transition steps with updated information. Each session has 3 team members online: the host, facilitator and chat monitor to answer questions. We’ve had more than 100 Crash Courses since we started in 2010!
Unique: Similar classes are offered over 1-2 months. We complete all 7 steps in 3 weeks, helping you get moving quickly in your search! Our team is experienced in career training, and class content is continually updated. See more information about our team here on our website.
Online! This class will be offered online using Zoom, allowing anyone, anywhere to attend! Or participants come from all over the USA.
When Does the Class Meet? Our first session begins at 6:30 PM EDT on Tuesday, September 15 and the remaining sessions will be Thursday 9/17, Monday 9/21, Thursday 9/24, Tuesday 9/29 and Thursday October 1. Each of the six 2-hour sessions starts at 6:30 PM (Eastern Time Zone) and each session covers a different topic, but all work together to provide attendees with a solid approach to navigating their career journey! Is there a cost? The cost of the class is $10, paid online when you register. (Sales tax may apply depending upon your location.)
Workbook? You will also need the workbook, You Are Created for Good Works, available as a free download directly from Crossroads Career Services. If you already have the workbook, you do NOT need to purchase an additional copy.

Rich is a small group leader and instructor for Crossroads and was benefited by the ministry during his own job transition. Rich credits Crossroads for providing him focus, skills, and spiritual guidance during his transition. He has a passion for developing people to excel in their jobs, career, and life pursuits. Rich has been the Managing Director of Technology Apprenticeships at CompTIA. He moved to CompTIA and then independent consulting from Honeywell Building Technologies where he held global positions as a Director of Sales and Director of Training.

We meet Saturday mornings via Zoom beginning at 9:00am EST and end no later than 10:30am EST. No advance notice is required and there is no cost to attend.
