Step 6 Sorting
By the time you’ve reached Step 6, you’ve laid your inward foundation spiritually, started to understand who God has created you to be, and begun to seek out jobs that will allow you to serve others. Now, in Step 6, it’s time for Sorting.
Step 6 in the workbook, You Are Created for Good Works, will help you prepare for job-winning interviews. To get the right job, you need to be prepared, passionate and qualified. Learn about the employer and job. Learn how to engage interviewers, talk about money, provide references and take employment tests.
You’ll be equipped to demonstrate your compassionate outward love for others through job-winning interviews. And whatever happens, you’ll do it in the framework of Pray - Prepare - Perform - Praise.
Do not use harmful words, but only helpful words, the kind that build up and provide what is needed, so that what you say will do good to those who hear you. Ephesians 4:29 GNT
