Crossroads Career Services, Inc. is a faith-based 501(c)3 non-profit organization that helps people to hear God calling, get the right job and maximize their career. We have served more than 50,000 people over the last 30 years with online and on-the-ground resources and connections.

During 2018, we began implementing what we believed God had prepared for us:

• Refreshing our team leadership
• Reworking our ministry model
• Rebuilding our website
• Releasing our new workbook

So far this year 9,000 people visited and 1,383 registered on our website, which led to true stories of life change.

Most of the 161 million workers in America are unfulfilled, misemployed and/or unemployed, according to research reports from the Bureau of Labor Statistics, Gallup and Conference Board.
